The International Court suspended the consideration of the main claim of Armenia against Azerbaijan. This was reported on Monday at the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan.
On April 21, 2023, the Azerbaijani side officially introduced to the International Court a preliminary objections against the main lawsuit put forward by Armenia against Azerbaijan in the framework of the Convention “On the Changing of all forms of racial discrimination”.
“In this regard, the International Court suspended the consideration of the main claim of Armenia,” the department said.
