International Court will listen to Azerbaijan’s claims to Armenia

The Supreme Judicial Body of the UN – the International Court today at 16:00 Baku time will hold public hearings in the Azerbaijan case against Armenia, a public hearings on the International Convention on the Elimination of all forms of racial discrimination (Azerbaijan against Armenia) will be held in the Hague Palace in The Hague.

The judge at the session will be the chairman of the court Joan E. Donoghue.

The hearings will be devoted to the appeal of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 3, 2023 in connection with the appointment of temporary measures in relation to Armenia.
