VII International Festival of Theaters of Puppet Theaters “Chodari Hale” will be held from October 24 to 29 in Dushanbe. This was reported at the State Theater of Puppete “Luhtak” of the city of Dushanbe, reports Niat “Hovar”.
“The main goal of the festival is to strengthen cooperation in the field of theatrical and doskolous art, the revival and development of the traditional dolls of the ancient Tajik people, as well as improve the aesthetic education and expand the worldview of the younger generation,” the theater said.
The festival participants are professional theaters of the CIS dolls, as well as the dolls of the far abroad. This year, spectators and guests of the capital will be able to enjoy the most vivid, unusual and spectacular productions from Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Iran.
For the first time at the festival, students of the puppet department of the Turkmen State Institute of Culture of Ashgabat (Turkmenistan).
on the initiative of the Ministry of Culture of Tajikistan and with the support of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, since 2007, the State Puppet Theater has already held six international festivals.
