The preliminary investigation in the criminal case of a resident Baku Samir Ashurov, accused of intentionally causing serious harm to health, ended. The materials in the case were sent to the Baku court for serious crimes for consideration.
haqqin.az reports that the criminal case is in the production of judge Magomed Akperov. The preparatory court session is scheduled for August 19.
Note that Samir Ashurov on April 19 of this year, on the basis of a personal conflict, hit a resident of Sheki Elshan Nabiev. Ashurov was charged under article 126.1 (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm from hooligan motives) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. By the decision of the Nizaminsky District Court, a preventive measure in the form of arrest for 4 months was chosen in relation to him.
Note that the political activist Samir Ashurov was deported from Germany on March 29 this year.
