Iran introduced a ban on trips to 39 countries

Minister of Roads and Urban Development Iran Mohammad Eslam said on Sunday that Iran introduced a ban on trips to 39 countries against the background of the fourth wave of Coronavirus Pandemic in Iran, reports Irna.

Eslam reported that all travel agencies should comply with the rules introduced by the National Headquarters to combat Coronavirus, prohibit any trips to Turkey, since regular flights to Turkey are still being carried out due to trade problems.

Iranian Province Huzestan entered the “Red Zone” in terms of the spread of Coronavirus, he said, adding that air traffic with Iraq was prohibited due to the situation in Huzestan province.

He also said that teams were posted on the border crossings that spend tests for coronavirus to stop infected people at the entrance to the country.
