The court in Iran on Thursday decided to approve the lawsuit demanding the US government to pay more than $ 4 billion compensation to the families of Iranian nuclear scientists who died as a result of terrorist attacks, the Iranian agency ISNA.
Iran’s court recognized the US authorities involved in these terrorist attacks, which “led to the martyrdom of nuclear scientists and causing physical, psychological and financial damage to their families.” The court ordered the government and US officials to pay compensation in the amount of $ 4.3 billion, of which $ 2.15 billion for the material and moral damage caused and the same as “penalties”.
