Iran promised “reply” to Ukraine

The official representative of the Iranian Foreign Ministry, the Channel Chafi, said Iran would take response measures to decide Ukraine to lower the level of diplomatic representation, Russian media write. Earlier, the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine deprived the accreditation of Iran Ambassador in Kyiv due to reports of the possible sale of Iranian drones.

“Tehran will take the necessary measures in response to this demarche. We advise Kyiv to refrain from the influence of the third parties seeking to destroy relations between Ukraine and Iran,” said Chafi.

On September 23, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine deprived the accreditation of Iran Ambassador in Kyiv and reduced the number of embassy employees. The decision is related to media and White House messages that Iran sold to Russia drones.
