Iran sharply increased oil exports

CEO of NIOC Mochsen Kholde-Mehr reported today that in annual terms, the exports of Iranian oil grew by 40%, despite sanctions. At the same time, oil production rose to the level on which the Iranian oil was introduced to the introduction of American sanctions of 2018.

“Before the introduction of new sanctions against Iran in 2018, the capacity of our country in the extraction of crude oil was 3 million 838 thousand barrels per day,” Khojasthe-Mehre reminded, writes INN.

CEO of NIOC also clarified that at the moment Iran has proven reserves of crude oil in 157 billion barrels, natural gas – about 33 trillion cubic meters.
