The performers and organizers of the terrorist attack at the cemetery in the province of Kerman in the southeast of Iran will be found and punished.
This was stated by President Iri Ibrahim Raisisi.
“Undoubtedly, the evil performers and organizers of this cowardly act will soon be identified by security forces and law enforcement agencies and will be punished,” the president said.
“Enemies should know that such actions will never be able to undermine the iron determination of the Iranian people to protect Islamic ideals. Iran is more than ever determined to eradicate terrorism and violence on the battlefield,” the politician added.
The number of those who died as a result of two explosions near the grave of Kasem Suleimani in the Iranian province of Kerman increased to 103, another 211 people were injured.
The incident took place on the 4th anniversary of the death of the Iranian general as a result of the US airline in Baghdad on January 3, 2020.
Iran’s authorities called the incident terrorist attack.
The Government of the Islamic Republic announced on January 4 to the day of national mourning.
