Israel set air defense system to Arab Emirates

Israel set the Barak anti -aircraft system to the United Arab Emirates, reports Breaking Defense with reference to sources.

It has already been deployed in the country. Sources claim that this was the first step for the implementation of a major air defense system supplies from Israel.

“This will be a very large contract, since the emirates need a large number (systems – ed.) To protect some of their most important areas that are regularly subjected to missile strikes by Yemen Husites and Iranian proxies in the region,” experts say.

The Barak anti -aircraft missile system is designed to protect against any type of air threats: aircraft, helicopters, anti -ship missiles, unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as cruise missiles and combat aircraft at a distance of up to 90 km.
