The Israeli company Elbit presented its fresh development – the DAIR radar station (radar) in Paris at a large international exhibition of ground weapons and security systems Eurosatory 2022, reports Details.
According to the company, this is a tactical radar that can simultaneously detect and accompany thousands of goals moving at different speeds. It is able to detect a small glider from a distance of 12 km and a person from a distance of 15 km. In addition, the novelty allows you to identify several goals – without the need to prioritize them, unlike the work of existing radars, is able to track all objects in space, regardless of their size and speed. The new radar can detect drones and UAVs, simultaneously tracking the movement of helicopters, vehicles, ships and people.
At the same time, Elbiti also introduced a line of high -precision jet shells of various range, high -precision artillery and missile ammunition, other developments.
