It seems Merkel will not reach Christmas

On Friday, October 15, the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SDPG), Liberals from the Free Democratic Party (CVDP) and the Soyuz-90 / Green Party announced the completion of the probe negotiations and the beginning of the discussion of the creation of a coalition government, reports Bild.

Candidate for the Chancellor from SDPG Olaf Scholz, the leader of the Green Party Annala Berbok and the leader of CVTP Christian Lindner made a joint statement after negotiations and highly appreciated the “confidence atmosphere between the parties.”

“We are convinced that we can conclude an ambitious and reliable coalition contract,” the joint statement says.

The transition to negotiations on the start of the discussion of the Government’s creation, in fact, means the absence of disagreements between the parties and the emergence of the Cabinet of Ministers.
