Italy: a former killer of Sicilian mafia was released

In Italy, Giovanni Bruke was released, a former Killer of Sicilian Mafia, who later began to cooperate with the police against his bosses in the goat Nostre, writes Reuters.

Bruke blew up the bomb that killed Justice Giovanni Falcone in 1992, as a result of which Falcone died, his wife and three policemen. He was arrested in 1996 and was released

after serving a 25 year term, which caused a mountain and anger among relatives of his victims.

The murder of Falcone, followed by two months a colleague of a colleague-judge on the fight against Mafia Paolo Borsellino, was one of the loudest episodes of the long and fierce struggle of Italy with organized crime.

Brusk recognized his role in more than 100 murders, including the death of a 14-year-old boy Giuseppe di Matteo, who was killed and dissolved in acid, because he was the son of an informant.
