The suspect, who in France stabbed the Muslim young man Abubakar Sissa during April 25 during prayer, agreed to be issued to the French authorities, the message said.
According to the national media reports, Giovanni Battista Salvitti, lawyer Olivier H., suspected of the murder of Sissa, said that his client in Italy agreed to extradition to the French authorities.
Olivier H. appeared before the judge today in Pistoy, Italy.

The attack occurred in the Khatija Mosque in the city of La Gran-Combers in the Gar province of about 08.30 local time on April 25th.
The prosecutor’s office recognized the victim as a 24-year-old Abubakar Sissa, who voluntarily removes the mosque before Friday prayer every week.
The suspect asked Muslim youth in the mosque to help him learn to pray, and Abubakar Sissa, known in the community as an exemplary person, accepted this proposal.
The suspect inflicted 40-50 beats with a knife to the Muslim young man and recorded these moments on the video by publishing them on a social network.
Moments of the attack with a knife were also recorded by the surveillance cameras of the mosque.
