The EU countries will not be able to ask Kyiv to start peace negotiations with Moscow while the Russian army continues to bomb the peaceful cities of Ukraine, said the Foreign Minister of Italy Antonio Tayani.
“Only if Moscow decides to stop the bombing of civil and strategic objects, Europe will be able to ask Ukraine to start peace negotiations,” Tayani said, who is quoted by the Rosia media.

Tayani added that a peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine will be possible, “only when Russia decides to stop a military operation.”
