Japan is preparing to reflect sudden attack of China

Japan’s armed forces in November held exercises to work out actions in case of a military seizure under the control of Tokyo Islands Senkeca (Diaoyudao) in the East Chinese Sea, which Beijing claims. This was reported on Monday Kyodo, with reference to government sources, reports TASS.

As noted by the Agency, Tokyo fears that these territories may be suddenly occupied by the Chinese Maritime Police, acting under the guise of civil fishermen.

According to the publication, the exercises were worked out by foreign forces with a transpacation in such a way as to prevent the cultivation of conflict into a full-scale armed clash. In training, helicopters and boats for disembarking were involved. About 400 people participated in them.

Islands Sentka (Diaoyudao) are the subject of a territorial dispute between China and Japan. Japan claims that it occupies them since 1895, in Beijing reminded that on Japanese maps 1783 and 1785 Diaoyudao marked as Chinese territory.
