In the Baku Court of Crime, the process in the criminal case of a 29-year-old resident Baku Javid Ateshzade, accused of intentional murder, was completed.

The crime was committed on December 31 last year in the Tea House cafe on Jalal Mir Street in the Binagadinsky district. The accused Javid Ateshzade was in a state of fairly filled, when his acquaintance entered the cafe, the Fikret of Huseyn.

At this moment, obviously, under the influence of alcohol, Ateshzade suddenly recalled the phrase said to Figret a few months ago, in which he saw an insulting hint affecting his mother’s dignity. Then he approached nothing to an unsuspecting acquaintance and hit him several times with a knife.

From the wounds received, the Huseynov Fikret died on the spot.

At the trial, Javid Ateshzade partially pleaded guilty, saying that he did not take much friendship with Huseynov and knew him as a regulars of the Scheheeresad cafe.

“In September 2021, I went to Scheheresada and saw Fikret who had lunch in the company of friends there, – the accused said at the trial.” He invited me to their table, but barely crouched, he said that he knew that he was familiar with my mother and even knows that she works as a teacher. I was dumbfounded and demanded that Figret explain what he was in mind. In response, the fixed one rudely scolded me and even threatened to beat me, after which he ordered to fail and engage in his family. I left the cafe and for a long time and for a long time I could not find a place for myself. As a result, to forget about his words, I went to religion with my head. “

According to the accused, it was from that day that paranoid thoughts began to torment him, it began to seem to him that Huseyn’s fixation was pursuing him.

“These thoughts pressed on my psyche,” the accused admitted. “I could no longer work as a cook and quit – the words of Fikret about my mother did not let me concentrate on work. Once I accidentally met with a ficret on the street, and he asked, he asked, Why did I leave work. At this moment, I realized that he really pursues me. For almost a month and a half I could not get rid of obsessive thoughts, I stopped making prayers and began to drink … “

Ateshzade admitted that in the end he began to look for Figret to punish the offender for his words, but for a long time he could not find him until he noticed Figret on that fatal day in the cafe Tea House.

The relatives of the deceased, saying in the court that the Huseynov Fikret was an invariably calm and non -conflict person, demanded that the killer be punished in all severity of the law.

In turn, the mother of Javid Ateshzade said that her son had serious psyche problems.

by a court decision, Javid Ateshzade was sentenced to 17 years in prison.
