“between the officials of Azerbaijan and Armenia there are contacts in different directions. At the same time, there is a working group to open communications.” This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jahun Bayramov.
Bayramov recalled that a hot line was also created between the ministries of defense some time ago.
“I spoke several times on the phone with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia. Our position on the peace treaty and in general elements important for stability in the region is that the main parties are Azerbaijan and Armenia, and no one will sign the contract instead of us, ”said the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
He also added that international initiatives and Azerbaijan are ready to work with the parties who want to contribute to the process.
