“The actions of the Armenian side do not correspond to the obligations taken by them.” This opinion was expressed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jayhun Bayramov during the reception of a new ambassador of Slovakia to Baku Milan Laychak.
The head of the department noted that the Armenian side creates difficulties in providing peace.
Jayhun Bayramov also informed the Slovak diplomat about a mine problem posed by a direct threat to people’s lives in the liberated territories, as well as the restoration and construction work carried out in the post -conflict period.
