he noted that during the negotiations, further steps were discussed in the continuation of the agreements of the leaders of Azerbaijan, Armenia and the EU, achieved in Brussels.
The Minister recalled that there are questions about the parties related to a peace treaty, the process of delimiting borders, as well as humanitarian issues.
“Speaking about the creation of working groups to prepare a peace treaty and delimitating borders, you need to expect the principles from the point of view of its format, level and compliance,” said Jeyhun Bayramov, adding that Azerbaijan takes positive steps in this direction and is waiting for the same from Armenia.
