Azerbaijan is fully committed to its obligations and in accordance with the trilateral statement returned to Armenia of all prisoners of war. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov at a meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Commonwealth of Independent States in Moscow, reports APA.
Jeyhun Bayramov drew attention to the actions of the Armenian side, contrary to the norms of international law and the trilateral application, including attempted by the Armenian military to illegally penetrate the territory of Azerbaijan, as well as that Yerevan has not yet provided Baku Main Fields card on liberated from occupation of territories of Azerbaijan.
