On Tuesday, March 8, a telephone conversation of Azerbaijani Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jayhun Bayramova, with the head of Iran’s head, Hossaine Ambdollahian, is reported by the press service of the department.
During the conversation, the parties noted the importance of the next meeting of the State Commission for Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Iran in the economic, trade and humanitarian spheres, which will be held in Azerbaijan on March 9-10. It was emphasized that, along with the official delegation of Iran to Azerbaijan, a group of businessmen arrived.
Ministers also discussed regional issues, as well as the situation in Ukraine.
Heads of departments exchanged views on the progress of negotiations in Vienna on the Iranian nuclear program, as well as on other issues of mutual interest.
