At the initiative of the opposite side on May 27, 2021, a telephone conversation was held between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan by Jayhun Bayramov and the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitro Culeboy.
According to the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, Dmitro Culeba congratulated Azerbaijani colleague from May 28 – Day of the Republic and handed him sincere and best wishes.
Ministers exchanged views on the current situation in the region.
Minister Jeyhun Bayramov informed the Ukrainian colleague about the new situation arising in the region after the conflict, the implementation of tripartite agreements, as well as on recent tensions in the border area and provocations of the Armenian side.
Parties also discussed various aspects of bilateral cooperation agenda.
