Azerbaijan Judoist Hidaat Heydar became the winner of the Grand Prix Tournament in Zagreb.
On the way to the final in the weight category up to 73 kg, he alternately defeated rivals from Israel, Moldova, Romania and Russia. And in the decisive fight, Heydar took the top over another Moldovan Victor Sterkver.
In total, Azerbaijan is represented in the capital of Croatia by two athletes. In the weight of up to 90 kg, Mameli Mehdiyev will perform.
