Kabul: prospects for development of trade and economic relations of Kyrgyzstan and Afghanistan were discussed

In Kabul, a meeting of the Minister of Economics and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan Daniyar Amangeldiev with the acting Afghan Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaki.

According to the Economic Department of Kyrgyzstan, the meeting was devoted to the discussion of the prospects for the development of trade and economic relations between the two countries.

The head of the foreign policy of Afghanistan expressed deep appreciation for the humanitarian assistance provided by the Afghan people living in the highlands and suffered from the destructive earthquake in the Herat province.

The ministers discussed a wide range of issues in various fields, including trade, investments, transport and energy. They expressed interest in establishing ties in the economic sphere to ensure mutual benefits.

Both parties expressed confidence that the development of trade and economic relations between Kyrgyzstan and Afghanistan will help improve the welfare of the peoples of both countries.
