Kadyrov noted that the delegation arrived from Chechnya visited the “sectors of the service of Chechen fighters in the areas of his Donbass.”
In early October, Kadyrov promised to send his sons to war in Ukraine. According to him, young age “should not interfere with the training of defenders of the Motherland.”
