The stumbling block in relations with Armenia was the occupation of Karabakh, said the press secretary of the Turkish President Ibrahim Kalyn Turkish media.
“The occupation is over, this problem has disappeared in parallel. Now relations are developing in a more positive, more encouraging context. Our president has met with Pashinyan. We want this process to develop. We know that the Armenian side has constructive intentions,” – Kalyn said.
