Azerbaijan, Minister of Emergency Situations, Colonel General Kamadadin Heydarov sent a letter with condolences to the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Brotherly Country Suleiman Soil in connection with the explosion in Istanbul, the Ministry of Emergencies said.
The minister expressed condolences in connection with the death and injuries of people as a result of the explosion and wished the surviving to the victims.
