Azerbaijani Emergency Minister, Colonel General Kyamadadin Heydarov, sent letters to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkey Suleiman Soil and the head of the Emergency Management Agency (AFAD) to Yunus Szezer in connection with an explosion in a mine in the Turkish province of Bartyn, said the Ministry of Emergencies.
The Minister expressed his condolences in connection with a large number of dead and wounded as a result of an explosion at a mine in the Province of Bartyn and wished the surviving to the victims.
