Kapital Bank organized “Open Libraries” in Ganja

In accordance with the Kapital Bank’s corporate social responsibility strategy on the eve of September 15, the knowledge day has implemented another social project. As part of the project in the city of Ganja, two open libraries were organized. They are located in the park complex Heydar Aliyev and the Khan Garden.

Open libraries can take advantage of every wishes for free by choosing a book to your taste. In addition, those who want to support the initiative have the opportunity to donate literature on any topic for libraries.

Books on the shelves during the opening were presented by Kapital Bank employees and Red Hearts Charitable Foundation volunteers. Among them can be found both art and professional literature. Libraries have books in Azerbaijani, Turkish, Russian and English. The event was held with the support of the executive power of the city of Ganja and the Ganja State Drama Theater.

It should be noted that according to the order of the President of Azerbaijan, the 2021th year was declared the year of Nizami Ganjevi. This year marks 880 years since the birth of a great poet and thinker. The implementation of the social project in Ganja is aimed at promoting activities planned for 2021 on the occasion of the anniversary of the founder of a large classical literary school.
