Karabakh separatist – the so -called “Advisor to the State Minister of Artsakh” Artak Beglaryan accused Russia of situations on the Lachinsky road.
As Armenian Telegram channels write, Beglaryan said that “Russia is responsible No. 1” (in this situation – ed.).
“First of all, this is due to the presence of peacekeepers and, by the way, the main levers are in the hands of Russia, unlike other international actors. But Russia is also responsible as an important actor of the international community with the right of a veto in the UN Security Council,” – said Beglaryan.
