Court in Rostov-on-Don arrested the Karim Babayev entrepreneur, who is suspected of organizing a criminal community in the Rostov region, transfers TASS.
It is reported that Babayev was detained on November 9 near Rostov. Before that, he was half a year in the federal wanted list.
Businessman charged with the organization of the criminal community, fraud, illegal business and money laundering.
With regard to the entrepreneur, a preventive measure was elected in the form of imprisonment for a period of two months from the moment of its actual detention.
Recall, on April 17, the Federal Security Service of Russia detained the head of the Aksay district of the Rostov region, Vitaly Borzenko, who was 27 years old.
Borzenko accused of redistributing land, where the markets “Almaz” and “Atlant” are located. Karimov, the investigation considers the leader of the criminal group, which consists of a former head of the Aksay district.
Earlier in this case were also arrested and two sons of Eduard entrepreneur and Vadim Babaev.
