President of Kazakhstan Kasym-Zhomart Tokaev signed the relevant law.
“It is forbidden to carry out clothing items in public places that impede the recognition of a person, with the exception of cases when it is necessary to fulfill the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, official (official) duties, for medical purposes, civil protection, under weather conditions, as well as for persons who are directly involved in sports, sports and cultural events,” the said in The text of the law.
Earlier, the Senate of Kazakhstan proposed an amendment providing for a ban on carrying clothing items in public places that prevent the face recognition.
