President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and President of Estonia Alar Karis took part in the Kazakh-Estonian business forum. This was reported by the press service of the Kazakh leader.
According to the message, Tokayev emphasized in his speech that the holding of the forum, in which representatives of the business circles of Kazakhstan and Estonia take part, will contribute to the intensification of bilateral cooperation in the areas of trade and investment.
In addition, the President of Kazakhstan outlined promising areas of mutually beneficial partnership in the fields of transport and logistics, digitalization, agriculture, industry, finance and education, and also confirmed his readiness to provide comprehensive assistance in expanding the presence of Estonian business in the country.
During the event, Estonian President Alar Karis also spoke.
On the sidelines of the business forum, 11 commercial agreements were signed between companies of the two countries totaling over $517 million.
