The exhibition “Russia-Islamic world: KazanForum 2025” ended with a summit of leaders on the topic “Digitalization: a new reality and opportunities to expand cooperation”.

Plenarrey meeting “Digitalization: a new reality and opportunities for expanding cooperation” was led by Abelila Belaik, General Secretary of the General Council of Islamic banks and financial institutions.
The meeting was attended by Prime Minister of Malaysia Anvar Ibrahim, Chairman of the People’s Majlis of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Marat Khusnullin, Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Shakhin Mustafaev and Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Jamshid Khojaev.
Leaders discussed the role of digitalization in strengthening cooperation between Russia and the countries of the organization of Islamic cooperation in the context of global economic changes.
