as part of a visit to the United States, First Deputy Minister of Defense – Chief of the General Staff of the Azerbaijani Army, Colonel General Kerim Veliev met with the head of the US National Guard Bureau General Daniel Hoanson, the Ministry of Defense said.
The parties discussed the current state and prospects for military cooperation in the framework of the Partnership with the state, as well as other issues of mutual interest.
Ambassador of Azerbaijan to the USA Khazar Ibrahim took part in the meeting.
