Khachikyan fired at riot police in center of St. Petersburg

50-year-old native of Uzbekistan Tigran Khachikyan opened firing at OMON employees in the center of St. Petersburg near the Gostiny Dvor station, injuring one of them, Russian media reports.

It is reported that Khachikyan took out a column and turned on the music, and when the employees of the Russian Guard approached him, he told them: “Run away!” One of the security forces tried to detain Khachikyan, but the offender took out a sawn -off shot and shot at him several times.

Now the victim is operated on. Doctors diagnosed him with multiple open wounds of the abdomen, lower back and pelvis.
