“On the evening of April 16, Russian troops were again fired by Kharkov, as a result of which one person died, two wounded.” This was announced by the mayor of Kharkov Igor Terekhov, reports UNN.
He noted that the wounded are in a hospital, where doctors fight for their lives.
“These shelling are done to sow chaos, intimidate people,” Terekhov said.
