The Prosecutor General’s Office has distributed information about death in the hospital in the resident of the Yasamalsky district of Hashim Dashdamirov (1989).
In the course of the investigation, it was found that on August 2, about an hour in front of the Grandmart Market in the Yasamal district there was a conflict between Gasham Dashdamirov and Abijdov. During the conflict, Medzhidov defeated Dashdamirov’s fist, from which he died on August 23 in the hospital.
In fact, a criminal case was initiated in the Prosecutor’s Office of the Yasamal district under Article 23.3 (intentional causing hard harm to the health, which led to the negligence to death).
Abil Medzhidov was detained as a suspect and brought to the consequence.
