A preliminary investigation was completed in the criminal case of Orhan Novruzov, accused of the murder of a 61-year-old teacher.
According to haqqın.az, the materials of the criminal case were sent for consideration by the Baku court for serious crimes. The criminal case is conducted by Judge Eldar Ismailov. The preparatory court session is scheduled for November 22.
Note that on the morning of May 27 of this year, the regional prosecutor’s office received information about a fire in a private house in the village of Lokbatan of the Garadagsky district and the detection of the body of Khuraman Gasanova living there.
The 37-year-old Orhan Novruzov became the suspect. Investigators believe that the reason for the murder of Gasanova was a personal conflict. According to the initial version, the murder was committed with a selfish purpose.
Gasanov was a primary school teacher of secondary school No. 139 of the Garadagsky district.
