Philip Kirkorov, Vladimir Vinokur, Evgeny Petrosyan and Irina Viner-Usmanova are declared by Latvia by persons non grata, they are prohibited from entering the country. This was announced on Monday on Twitter Foreign Minister of the Baltic Republic Edgars Rinkevs.
“Entrance to Latvia is prohibited by him for an indefinite period. The decision was made on the basis of the immigration law,” he wrote.
