The source of the newspaper claims that Moscow adopted a fundamental decision on multilateral strengthening of Armenian-Russian relations, about giving them a new impulse. The reason became, apparently, the growing influence of Turkey and Azerbaijan in the region, the desire of Moscow to create a balance against the influence of these two allied countries.
