“Tomorrow in the St. George Hall at 15:00 there will be signing agreements on the joining of the Russian Federation of new territories. Putin’s volumetric speech will be held,” he said.
To participate in a meeting with Putin, the “head” “DPR”, “LPR”, Kherson and Zaporizhzhya regions came to Moscow.
September 27, in the four partially occupied regions of Ukraine, “referendums” on accession to Russia ended. “There is a clear sequence of actions within the constitutional procedure for adopting new entities,” said Senator Andrei Klishas earlier.
He recalled that in the event of annexed territories, changes should be made to Article 65 of the Constitution of Russia. The Federation Council should vote for them, after which amendments are approved by the President.
