Kremlin answered NATO statements

Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the statements of Western leaders that “Russia needs to defeat the battlefield”, expressed the hope that the collective West “at least partially” remained, the mind has remained, TASS reports.

Peskov explained the position of Moscow in response to the question of journalist Pavel Zarubin about the statements of the leaders of NATO countries, who spoke about the military way to solve the situation in Ukraine. Thus, Belgian Prime Minister Alexander de Croo stated that “war can only be won on the battlefield,” so the leaders of the Alliance state should support Ukraine.

“Let’s hope that some kind of political will and some political mind at least partially remained with the collective West,” Peskov said.

In addition, the Kremlin spokesman said that Russia has “fully preserved” this mind.

Earlier, Belgian Prime Minister Alexander de Croo said that “war can only be won on the battlefield,” so the leaders of the alliance state should provide support to Ukraine.
