Kremlin commented on strikes in Ukraine

“The main points of a special military operation cannot be carried out without reports to the Supreme Commander -in -Chief, this is an absolutely normal process,” said the Kremlin representative.

Spokesman for the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov forwarded to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation a question regarding strikes in Ukraine that occurred on Monday. “All this happens within the framework of a special military operation. As for these strokes, of course, you need to wait for comments from the Ministry of Defense or address questions to the Ministry of Defense,” said the Kremlin representative, quoted by the Russian media.
