Kremlin denies: “There is no new wave of mobilization in Russia”

Spokesman for Russian President Dmitry Peskov assures that “there is no new wave of mobilization in Russia.” So he commented on the statements of the regional authorities about the “new mobilization task” in the Kursk and Rostov regions, the Rosia media write.

According to Peskov, this is still the first wave of mobilization. “There is no new mobilization wave. Here you need to clarify each particular governor what they mean,” Peskov says.

On the eve of the authorities of the Kursk and Rostov regions, they reported the beginning of the second stage of mobilization in the regions. According to the Rostov Governor Vasily Golubev, the region received a “new mobilization task”, municipal draft commissions have already begun its execution. The Rostov Region reported on the first “mobilization assignment” on October 3. The press service of the Government of the Kursk Region also stated that the first stage of mobilization was completely completed, the second begins.
