Negotiations with Ukraine are frozen by decision of Kyiv, this contrasts with the words of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky about the need for negotiations at the highest level, said the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.
According to Peskov, the leadership of Ukraine constantly makes statements that do not make it clear whether Kyiv is ready to show a sober approach and realize the real state of affairs, reports TASS.
