The supply of weapons to Ukraine for strikeing the territory of Russia can bring a conflict to a new level, even discussions about this are extremely dangerous, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
According to him, “this will mean the conclusion of the conflict to a new qualitative level, which will not bother anything good from the point of view of global and pan -European security.”
“The discussion in itself about the admissibility of the supply of weapons to Ukraine, which will allow attacking Russian territory … potentially extremely dangerous. Although there is weapons in Ukraine, with the help of which it constantly strikes the Russian territory daily, I have in appearance our new regions, ”Peskov noted.
He added that the reaction of Russia’s ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov to such messages reflects the position of Russia on this issue.
Earlier, Antonov said that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are ready to destroy any weapons that Americans and their allies will put in Ukraine, and will also not leave unanswered strikes on their territory.
