Kuleba: negotiation process between Ukraine and Russia was complicated after a meeting in Istanbul

“The negotiation process between Ukraine and Russia after a meeting in Istanbul was very complicated.” This was stated in an interview with the Sinhua agency, Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba.

According to him, a few weeks ago, through the mediation of Turkey, the delegation of two parties held a full -time round of negotiations in Istanbul.

“There, the Ukrainian delegation proposed a draft agreement on international security guarantees to Ukraine. The Russian side accepted this proposal for additional study. Unfortunately, after that the negotiation process was very complicated,” Kuleba added.
