As a result of an attack on the Rylsky district of the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, a woman died, seven more people were injured.
About this, the acting governor of the Kursk region, Alexander Khinshtein, wrote in a telegram channel on Thursday, June 5.
“Ukrainian criminals struck Rylsk. The attack fell on multi-apartment and private houses. In the lane of the streets of Rosa Luxembourg and Frunze, several more residential buildings were damaged from the shock wave, the windows of the non-working bakery were knocked out,” he said.
According to Khinshtein, as a result of the impact, a 32-year-old woman died, six more people- five women and one man suffered.
Khinshtein noted that the 83-year-old victim is in serious condition, everyone is provided with the necessary medical care.
“Operational services are working on the spot. On my order, the head of the district is also there. The subsidiary is ongoing,” the acting head of the region wrote, adding that he personally keeps the situation at the control.
Later, Khinshtein announced the wound of a 48-year-old man as a result of a drone strike at a private house in the village of Sukhaya Rylsky district. The man was hospitalized with a closed head injury, fragmentation wounds of the head, back and left leg.
Acting governor asked the residents to refrain from traveling to the Borderlands, noting that this is extremely dangerous for life and health.
